Picture catch up

I have been a little neglectful of my blog lately, but we are all still here enjoying life. Can life with two boys ever be dull? Not a chance! Unfortunately, I haven't been so good at taking pictures lately, but here is a brief catch up of the last few weeks.

Ethan saw my dad's Harley in our garage the other day, and bee-lined to it. He insisted we help him up onto the motorcycle!

Abuelito and Tita's Harley fever is rubbing off on the boys. Nothing like starting them young!

Tita likes to do the boy's hair when she stays over. Ethan gets a little mohawk and Jacob gets spikes. They love it!

We checked out the new exhibitions at the New Children's Museum. The boys had a blast - especially with the painting. Ethan managed to get paint all over himself, Jacob, and me!

We took the boys to the Pumpkin Station on Halloween. It was the first time for both of them.
Jacob was so overwhelmed by all th pumpkins, that he would choose one, then two seconds later wanted another one, then another one... you get the idea. Finally Ryan had to choose one he liked!
We took a hay ride around the farm.
Daddy and Jacob preped the pumpkin for carving. Mami baked the seeds - yummy! And Daddy carved the pumpkin while the boys watched in awe.
The masterpiece!

Grandma Arlene, Aunt Kim, and Uncle John all came over for dinner on Halloween then trick-or-treating, but Jacob didn't want anything to do with his dinosaur costume. Aunt Kim was able to get him into it, but after 45 seconds, Jacob took it off and refused to put it back on. We begged and pleaded with him, but to no avail. However, the boys still had a great time playing with the bowl of candy for the trick-or-treaters. Ethan made a pile of the Whoppers next to the door, Jacob made a pile of the Hearsay's chocolate bars in the other corner. Then, they put candy into the cash register. They had a blast! Oh, well - we can try again next year!
