A dinner conversation with Jacob

The back story: We just finished dinner and Ryan, Jacob, and I are sitting around the table talking. Ryan is pointing to the placemats with red and green apples on them, calling the color out for Jacob.

Ryan: rojo, rojo, rojo, verde!

Jacob: (pointing at the right colored apple) ojo, ojo, de!

Ryan: verde, verde, rojo...

Jacob: (pointing to a red apple) O-NGE!!!

Apparently he doesn't quite have a complete grasp on what the color orange looks like - or red and green for that matter :)
