Let it snow!

We just got back from a few days at Mammoth Mountain. It was so nice to get away and not really have to do anything besides ski and hang out with my boys! While we were there, it actually snowed quite a bit - this picture is of the first day when the snow was falling vertically, just wafting down. On the last day we were there the snow was coming down much harder. It was so windy that the snow was hitting the ground at a complete horizontal - I had never seen winds that strong! Of course, Ryan loved all the powder on the mountain.

Our little guy can sit up all on his own now! He had so much fun looking out the window and seeing the falling snow.
Ryan took Jacob sledding on one of the clear days. It doesn't look like it in the picture, but it was windy and cold! I don't think Jacob was too much of a fan of the sledding because of the weather. Maybe next year he'll enjoy it more.
